How long will it take before I receive my NEWSPRINT order?

Newsprint orders typically ship in 24 hours. Other orders require longer production time. Please review our list of exceptions.

How long will it take to receive other orders?

Non-newsprint orders, such as the items below, require our standard seven-day turnaround. (Note: This does not include shipping days.):

  • Literary magazines
  • Newsletters
  • Booklets
  • Posters

What shipping options do I have?

All publications are shipped free via UPS Ground unless otherwise specified. UPS Ground shipments are typically delivered one to five business days from the day they are shipped. Please review the UPS Ground Map for more information about delivery to your area.

Expedited shipping is also available for an additional charge. Cost varies depending on the weight of your shipment, as well as the shipping method you choose.

Why was my order delayed?

While most newsprint orders print and ship in 24 hours, there may be unforeseen problems that result in a delay in printing your order. We will notify you via phone and email if there are problems with your order that may delay production. Please review Exceptions to 24-hour Turnaround for more information.

What should I do if I never received my order?

UPS may attempt delivery at any time on the estimated delivery date. Please see UPS Terms and Conditions of Service for complete details.
Please allow until the end of day on the estimated delivery date prior to contacting Customer Service.  If the delivery date has passed and you still have not received your order, please contact JS Printing Customer Service by the following business day.

Please note: UPS tracking information is available on orders by logging in to your account.  If the tracking information indicates the package has been delivered, please check with your school secretary, main office or anyone who may be able to accept deliveries. Packages are often left with a receptionist or facilities manager. If there is no tracking information, or you have tracked your package and found any discrepancies in the delivery, please contact JS Printing Customer Service at 800-677-1368 for assistance.  Be sure to have your order number or zip code ready.

If we determine that your shipment is outside of the estimated delivery time frame, we will initiate a trace with UPS. If UPS is unable to locate the original shipment, we will re-send your order within 48 hours.  You will receive an email notification once the order has been re-shipped. Interruption of Shipping Service

JS Printing shall not be liable for any interruption or delay of shipping service due to causes beyond its control, including, but not limited to, the following: inclement weather; UPS delivery failure (Please review UPS Terms and Conditions of Service); the unavailability or refusal of a person to accept delivery of the shipment; acts of God; acts of public authorities acting with actual or apparent authority; acts or omissions of customs or similar authorities; insufficient information provided by a customer; the application of security regulations imposed by the government, or otherwise applicable to the shipment; riots, strikes or other labor disputes; civil unrest; disruptions in air or ground transportation networks and natural disasters.
