Before You Submit
All files should be named as follows: SchoolInitialsZipCodeIssue E.g. JSP35217Aug2008
PDF Users
Before submitting your order, open the PDF file and view the layout to ensure there were no unexpected results during conversion.
Non-PDF Users
Before submitting your order, open the folder to ensure that it includes your design document, image folder and fonts folder.
Submitting an Order
All orders should be placed by clicking Submit an Order under the My JSP tab and following the steps on the website to upload your file. You must be logged in to your JS Printing account to submit an order. Files cannot be accepted via e-mail or third party ftp sites such as “YouSendIt.com”. If you are unable to submit your order via our website, please contact Customer Service for assistance.
Faxing Proofs
If you are
submitting a non-PDF file, a proof of the publication should be faxed
to 800-299-1813 once your order is submitted. This will assist our
prepress department in proofing your publication for errors prior
to printing. Please include the order number on the faxed copy. Please

Sending Proofs for more information. Please note: PDF and MDO users
do not need to fax proofs.
Submission Deadline
To qualify for standard turnaround, your printable order must be received at JS Printing by 4:00 pm your local time any regular business day (Monday-Friday). Orders submitted after this time will processed the following business day by our automated system.
Checking Order Status
You may check the status of your order at any time via your online JS Printing account. You may follow its progress from the time it is received until the time it is shipped from our facility. Once your shipment has been scanned by UPS, you will receive an automated e-mail including the tracking information.
