How do I sign up for online bill pay?
To utilize our online bill pay feature, you will need to create an online profile. If there is more than one person who pays invoices for your school/organization, each person may create his/her own online profile to make payments.
Please note that you must have a current invoice in order to create an online profile. You may create an online profile here.
The registration page will ask you to verify account billing information associated with a current invoice.
Is there a fee to use online bill payment?
No, online bill pay is absolutely free.
May I pay with a credit/debit card?
Yes. You can now pay your invoices with a VISA, MasterCard, Discover or American Express card. You may also use your debit card if it has a VISA/MasterCard logo.
How do I add my credit card information to my profile?
Log in to your online profile using your email address and password. Once logged in, an “Add a Credit Card” link will appear on the left side of the screen. Please note that you may store information for one credit/debit card only however, you may update it at any time.
How do I change my credit card information on my profile?
Log in to your online profile using your email address and password. Once logged in, an “Edit or Delete a credit card” link will appear on the left side of the screen. Please note that you may store information for one credit/debit card only however, you may update it at any time.
May I cancel a payment once it has been submitted?
No. Once a payment is submitted, it cannot be cancelled.
How long does it take for my JS Printing account to reflect the payment?
Payments to your JS Printing account are posted immediately.
Do I have to enter my credit/debit card information each time I make a payment?
No. Our online bill pay allows you to securely store credit/debit card information so that you do not have to re-enter it each time you are ready to make a payment.
